Who we are:

We are a team of friendly and experienced Employment Advisors who have been supporting people across Warrington since 2019. We work closely with Talking Therapies clinicians to bring together both practical and emotional support, helping you make steady and meaningful progress with your goals.

Through our strong links with local employers, training providers, charities, food banks, and welfare and financial services, we can help you access the right support quickly, wherever you are in your journey.

We are a team of specialist Employment Advisors who work alongside therapists to offer a broad range of tailored support.

What we do:

Your experiences are important, and we take the time to understand what matters most to you. Together, we'll look at what's happening in your work, study or day to day life, how it may be affecting your wellbeing, and what changes could help you feel more confident and in control. Every person we support has different needs, and we tailor our approach so that the support you receive is right for you.

What happens next:

Once you have been referred, you will receive an SMS inviting you to book your first appointment at a time that suits you. Your Employment Advisor will then contact you at your chosen time to discuss your situation.

Your first appointment
