Pension

From day 1 we auto-enrol you into our defined contribution pension scheme.

You may also take advantage of the opportunity to increase your contributions and secure additional employer contributions to your pension (or opt-out if you are sure that you do not wish to contribute to a pension scheme at this time). Our employee engagement platform, Hive, enables colleagues to provide anonymous feedback, suggest new innovative ideas, and encourages peer to peer recognition. All peer nominations are then entered into a quarterly prize drawer!

Investment in training and development

All colleagues have access to a fantastic range of training opportunities facilitated by our fantastic in-house learning and development team. These sessions cover a range of topics, including Recovery Coaching, Emotional Resilience, Mental Health First Aid and Youth Mental Health First Aid.
