Community services

Mental health difficulties can affect many aspects of our daily lives. Our community services can help you in a range of ways to build your confidence, socialise more, or develop strategies to support your wellbeing.

There's no 'one size fits all' way to improving wellbeing. Instead, we provide one-to-one support from trained Recovery Workers, who will help you to work towards your goals.
