Mental Health Matters are seeking a new Trustee to join our Board at an important time for mental health services and support across the UK.

We are looking for an experienced non-executive leader who can bring fresh perspectives, strategic insight and a commitment to improving lives through better mental health support.

As a Trustee, you will help shape the future direction of our organisation, providing governance, guidance and constructive challenge while supporting our mission and long-term ambitions. Working closely with our Executive team, our Trustees play a vital role in ensuring we continue to deliver meaningful impact for the people and communities we serve.

We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with experience in:

• Commercial development experience, particularly in scaling businesses, M&A, or commercial strategy
• Knowledge of NHS or government (local or national) procurement, gained either within or outside of the public sector
• Understanding of the policy, political, and governance landscape around mental health or healthcare delivery

You will be dynamic, thoughtful, and collaborative, with the confidence to both support and constructively challenge. Most importantly, you will be motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact, with a strong alignment to MHM's work.
